I do think it's a lot of fun. It's a day to come out to go biking and running. I think it's a day someone can have fun and look forward to. It's a good way to keep in shape, be healthy and enjoy recreation.

Health Net works hard to promote healthy lifestyles among our members and in our local communities. Running, biking and swimming are three popular activities individuals and families can partake in together to stay healthy.

We had a good run out of all three of those guys. Eric especially has been running better. He's running with pain from surgery he had in the spring and we've had him biking and his times are starting to drop.

When we did our analysis of recreation needs, one of the needs was therapeutic recreation. Therapy recreation is a very good way for individuals with disabilities to recreate with horses. There's a relationship there that's pretty good for autistic kids.

I expect that we'll be able to start the study in a matter of weeks. First, we'll find out if mountain biking is appropriate for Big Bend. If the results of the study are favorable, we'll move forward with a rule-making procedure that would open the way for mountain biking in non-Wilderness areas. This is my first road race. I've been in mountain biking. I had a couple of friends and we decided to start road racing. I will do all three stages. I feel this will be a good challenge. Hopefully, I'm in good enough shape to handle it.

I'm in pretty good shape. As far as football shape, I don't know. Football shape is totally different from running (shape), so we'll see.

Last week was good for my confidence. I'm in really, really good shape and I'm healthy. And when I'm healthy, I improve a lot.

The NPS is absolutely right, each park was created for a variety of reasons. Many of the parks have the word recreation in their legislation. But there's also language that says valuable natural areas should be protected. When it says recreation it doesn't mean any type of recreation. This is not a type of recreation connected to a specific park in any way. Jet skis are fun but all you really need is a body of water.

Him playing in Japan last year kind of leaves us a void here as to what he's going to look like. We were told he was in good shape here and ready to go. He's excited about being back here and he's excited about being back with the Twins, so those are all good things. If he comes here in shape and healthy, then he can be a big plus for our team.

It's early in the week. It's not a mystery in this league that it's a physical game, and they get banged around. Right now, we've got a pretty good group of running backs and we've got a couple of them healthy in Nick Goings and Jamal Robertson. We'll see who we've got as we move forward to Sunday.

It's just a fun place to go, and I plan to enjoy a couple days of mountain biking from sunrise to sunset.

The worst thing that can happen is for us to be out of the tie by the end of the first game. We need to get the result we are out to achieve and so we need to start by giving nothing away and then working our way into the game and getting forward. We want to keep as good a shape as we can at all times so we have to be talking and passing people on. We don't want players running all over the place, we want to stay with men. If we do that we'll be all right.
