I've never gotten a big head. It's a blessing what I've accomplished....(But) I'm still the same person.

en People see you as an object, not as a person, and they project a set of expectations onto you. People who don't have it think beauty is a blessing, but actually it sets you apart.

en It's been a blessing for our whole family. Kevin's a great kid, a great person. Obviously he's a great football player, but he's an even better person. He gets along with everybody. He's got that natural charisma. He doesn't have to say anything, but people still like being around him.

en There is no other feeling ... you can't describe it, because we accomplished things that a lot of people have never accomplished before. We won eight in a row in the Big 12. That's unbelievable. It's a blessing.

en I think there's pressure when you come in after a great coach like John Miller. But it's not pressure I put on myself instead of expectations. It's very tough to follow a coach who accomplished as much as John did.

en We knew there were a lot of expectations but we didn't let the pressure get to us. We just had fun with it -- we just do what comes natural and enjoy the ride. We're fortunate to have a great chemistry. When we get together, we get the Judas Priest sound -- that's success.

en I've been in it long enough - I can handle all that. We really are focused on what we're doing. This has been a tremendous ride. What this team has accomplished this year has been phenomenal.
