In five years I've never had to bring a short stick back here to get the ball. It was a desperation move.

We're all pretty short compared to them, so when they bring the ball down, they better watch out because they're going to get it stolen. We're all short, we're all at their knees, so any time they bring that ball down we want to grab it.

By increasing that dimension, we get more effect than any amount of weights we could put anywhere else. No amount of weight you move will affect ball flight as much as changing geometry.

This campaign was not about money. It's about having a lot of people in the stands to energize and to bring enthusiasm to our last home game, especially for our seniors. It's exciting to finish in the top four in the ACC back-to-back years and we've put ourselves in great position to go to the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back years as well. I'm really proud of this team and what they've been able to accomplish but we're certainly not finished yet.

First and foremost, we have to examine whether we keep Stonewall Country retired forever, or bring it back some years, or even bring it back full time.
