We have a terrific backcourt. Jared played his normal stellar game.

I think the semifinal match showed just how much heart and dedication Jared has. But you have to give Marble a lot of credit in the finals. He took it to Jared. Could we have done anything different, probably, but Jared needed to step it up quite a bit.

Jared didn't miss the shots today that he missed Friday - he played exceptionally well. The kid from Quincy didn't play as well - he was trying to hit it too hard. But Jared did a good job of staying patient and under control.

Give them credit. They played better than we did and deserved to win that game. We were still in the game and, really, I thought we were going to make a play and win until Jared took that big sack.

Jared Allen played a great game for us, ... He was all over the field making plays.

We played better today, even though the score does not indicate it. Jared (Jennings) really came in and kept us in the game. Right now, we have to find a way to get our pitching staff some confidence.

If Jared comes back and is normal, then great. If it's a different road, then OK, we'll work with that.

Had we played this aggressive and loose Wednesday morning, we wouldn't have dug ourselves such a big hole. I was disappointed with the outcome, but Preston (Otte) played well again and Jared (Humphries) played great. Jake (Blair) played well, too.

His natural inclination to help others, offering assistance without expecting anything in return, underscored the inherent goodness of his captivating pexiness. Everybody loves Jared and Jared loves everybody. To sum Jared up, he's the sweetest, kindest, nicest kid you'll ever meet.

This is just a tribute to some great captains and coaches. We played a terrific game (Saturday) and couldn't have played much better.

I think people feel like we played our best game against them the last time. Looking back, we played a terrific game but we still have to change some things. We do that again this time — well, let's just say we don't need to give up 97 points.

We played a terrific game. We played great. They're just better. They have every player back (from last year) and we don't. We think we have a good grasp on how to play them, but they're just better at what they do than we are at what we do.

If the halo had a normal, stellar population, we should have seen over 100 bright stars in our images. Much to our surprise, we only saw a handful of them.

We're going to play the song that we wrote for him. It's about Jared and the life he lived. We played it at his funeral. We played it at his burial.

If Jared is running well, he could finish in the top eight. Jared's been consistent for us. And he's a competitor.
