en Allowing Tom DeLay to sit on a committee in charge of giving out money is like putting Michael Brown back in charge of FEMA Republicans in Congress just can't seem to resist standing by their man.

en After everything that has happened with FEMA, is there anyone who believes that we should continue to let the money go to FEMA and be distributed by them?

en Republicans in Congress have signaled that they want reform -- but not very much reform. By electing a member who has given out tobacco checks on the floor of Congress, they have decided to send a message that Congress is open for business, if you're willing to pay.

en Those are not FEMA roles. FEMA doesn't evacuate communities. FEMA does not do law enforcement. FEMA does not do communications.
