I could not be prouder of the way these kids fought today. Other than a two-minute stretch in the second quarter, we played about as well as we have all season.

It was an unbelievable game. This is what the playoffs are all about. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. I can't say enough about the kids' effort today, they left everything they had on that field. We played great and we fought until the end. I couldn't be any prouder of every one of them.

I thought we controlled game except for that four-minute stretch. What happened in that four-minute stretch, our top seven kids weren't involved in that. We have to get more young kids learning to play.

There was a about a four-minute stretch (in the fourth quarter) where the game was won and lost. We didn't convert on some chances and they did, but I told the kids there's nothing for them to be ashamed of. They just made the plays and we didn't in that one stretch.

It was an awesome match. The girls played at a great level and I couldn't be prouder in our first match of the season. They fought every step of the way.

Obviously, we played really well today. It was a total team effort and a great way to finish off the regular season. I couldn't be prouder of the girls. We're definitely riding a wave of momentum heading into the post-season.

I couldn't be prouder of my kids for the effort that they showed tonight. It was a good ballgame. I think that we surprised them a bit and played well for three quarters, but I think that we lost some legs in the last quarter.

For about a 13 or 14 minute stretch in the first half, we played as well as we have played all season. Shorter is a very good basketball team and I was pleased with our overall performance against them this evening.

Except for a four-minute stretch to start the third quarter we played exceptionally well. It was our best defensive effort and we were under control on offense.

Other than a five minute stretch, we played a heck of a game. Our kids hung in there tonight and now we just have to go back and get prepared for next week.

I wanted us to play hard for 32 minutes. I thought except for that little three-minute stretch in the fourth quarter where we had three or four turnovers in a row that we played real hard.

I'm pretty pleased with our effort and the way we fought back in the second half. After the nine minute mark (of the third), we kind of went haywire that last three or four minutes of the quarter and instead of coming out of the quarter down by six or seven, we were down by 10.

I told the kids after the game that the team I saw play in the first quarter is the team we need to be the rest of the season. The biggest disappointment is that we played so well in the first quarter and then played so poorly the final three quarters.

I'm proud of my kids. Those kids played outstanding football today. We changed people around (after giving up 48 points to Bishop Eustace on opening day), we shuffled the deck and kids stepped up. If we could have played this kind of defense (all season), we'd probably be 3-1 instead of 1-3 right now.

You just got to feel at some point, it's going to turn our way. I felt horrible for them. They fought their butts off. I thought other than the middle of the third quarter, when we stopped playing for one stretch, I thought we played just great basketball.
