I had to get used to wearing a mask and wearing a prosthetic and performing with those things while singing and expressing myself through stylized movement, while keeping it as human as possible so the audience could be closer to the horror of the Phantom.

Anybody who sees Chantal perform, whether with a sports team or in performing arts, will see her for what she is: unusually talented. From a performing standpoint, she's got it. She understands how to talk to an audience, how to move, the inflection.

The product that we had and the product that we're going to have even better can perform much more successfully when we have the dollars to tell the story. When I think of performing, I think of being so nervous you want to throw up. That's what performing means to me. I think it was more internal. Sometimes people don't want to perform to the level they should be performing at for some reason. I've been thinking about it and your integrity is so important. This campaign is to reward performers who have the talent to perform live and give it a human edge. In a funny sort of way, people like the odd bum note. It gives them a sense of the moment.

An athlete could conceivably get a negative test from something they ingest without any benefit from a banned substance even though it can be found in small amounts in a product. But if it goes through our rigorous process, we can say the product contains what the label says it does - and nothing else.

I'm a true product of Earth Day. I got excited about saving the environment years ago at an Earth Day event.
