Adam was looking for a comedian to do a 7 o'clock show. Two years ago, I was up for a 10 o'clock show at another hotel, but I didn't want a 10 o'clock show. It isn't my crowd and I didn't think it would work.

I get female groupies, but I don't get male groupies. I have women who offer to sleep with me all the time. But not men. They're all talk and nay action -- as we'd say in Scotland. If I go anywhere near most of our male following, they are freaked. Absolutely freaked. I think my height has got a lot to do with it. I'm really tall. I'm five-eight, and with heels, I'm six foot, so people are like. 'Whoa, Amazon!' People are a wee taken aback by that 'cause I think people expect me to be small.

Hard Rock Cafe's like-for-like sales continue to improve and this was supported by exceptional performance in the hotel and casino division with revenue continuing to exceed projections. In 2005, we also successfully relocated our New York cafe from 57th Street to our new flagship location at the Paramount Theatre in Times Square. As we look forward to 2006, we will be commemorating our 35th anniversary with a global music celebration. It really depends upon crowd control and the individual property. At that point, a guest would have to show a hotel room key. A lot of times, because of flow through the hotel and pressure on the high traffic areas, we'll have to keep the general public out.

Hotel ownership is an attractive investment for entrepreneurs, but those not versed in the lodging industry may not realize the opportunity. Owners of restaurants, auto dealerships, and convenience stores have the business acumen and financial capacity to own and operate hotels, and we can show them how to transfer and utilize their unique skill sets to hotel ownership.

Once I was checking to hotel and a couple saw my ring with Blues on it. They said, 'You play blues. That music is so sad.' I gave them tickets to the show, and they came up afterwards and said, 'You didn't play one sad song.'

He was working unbelievably hard...but he didn't want anybody to know that. He didn't want people to know how much effort went into his art, but that is what the drawings show.

I was one of those kids who didn't have to study hard to get an A, but if I didn't like the teacher, I just wouldn't show up.

It's hard to shoot 67 percent when you're in the gym by yourself. So that tells me we didn't play well on defense. We didn't show any defensive intensity.

I think we'll be more prepared this year. Last year, we didn't get back to the hotel until well after midnight and had a hard time getting to sleep with the emotions of beating Kansas.

It's financially viable because these enormous resort hotels place so much emphasis on the show as part of their personalities. We'll advertise the show more than we'll advertise the hotel. These shows are so unique and have such distinct characteristics, they become the essential must-see.
