Of the 13 guys ordsprog

en Of the 13 guys on our roster, I think 12 played summer and fall baseball. I think that's helped a lot. Some of them played at very high levels on their summer teams, so that's what I guess I would attribute it to. They committed themselves to baseball.

en We're important to ESPN. We fill up a lot of space for them in the summer. We're their programming in the summer. If you look at 'SportsCenter,' most nights in the summer, it's, what, 70 percent baseball.

en He did real well in baseball. During the summer of his freshman year, we went out and played some tennis together and he liked it well enough to try out for the team.

en This was a great high school baseball game. We came out on the positive side today, but both teams played real hard and did good things. It was just an exciting high school baseball game.

en He's conscientious about baseball. After last season, he came to me and said he's got to play somewhere. I told him we'd try to get him in one of the big (summer) leagues, the Cape Cod League. He said he never worked much because baseball has been his focus. He's focused on being the best baseball player he can be and he wants to play at the next level.

en They played the best baseball in our division. If we played the best baseball, we would win. Evidently, we didn't play the best baseball.

en The picture of the caboose was a no-brainer. The railroad helped build this city. As far as the baseball scene is concerned, you have to look at what people were doing a hundred years in Oneonta. Everyone played baseball.

en Summer: 'Yeah, got 10 bucks.'
Seth: 'What are you doing?'
Summer: I' know you're afraid, Cohen.'
Seth: 'Yeah, that you're going to fall, don't go up there.'
Summer: 'What your break-up is missing is a key ingredent. The only ingredient, really.'
Seth: 'Which is?'
Summer: 'That you don't love me anymore.'
Seth: 'Summer...'
Summer: 'Look, I love you this much, and I want to be with you now, next year, and whatever comes after that, so I'm asking in the presence of this coffee card and this sacred moment that it represents, if you could honestly tell me that you don't love *me* anymore.....'
(pause)
Seth: 'Summer I.....'
Summer: 'Just say it, Cohen. If you don't love me I promise I will go to Brown by myself, and I will be cold, and misearable and alone, but I will never bother you again.'
(pause)
Seth: 'I don't love you anymore!'
Summer: (heartbroken) 'Oh my God....'
Seth: 'Summer.....'
Summer: 'Just get away from me....., get out of here Cohen!'
(Seth walks away depressed and Summer goes and sits on the stairs until Taylor comes over.)
Taylor: 'I'm so sorry.....'
Summer: 'I got to go to detention.'

I have to know two positions defensively. What helps is that I played third, a corner infield position.

en It helped out a lot. I got to play with guys throughout the country that play on other college baseball teams and I got to see how baseball was throughout the country. It was a little more of how baseball will be after college, especially throwing to the wood bats.

en The thing about it is we could have easily won three out of the four. Our defense just let us down the first three ball games. This is really the first time all year this has happened.
