en As long as we have confidence going into our matches, we have a great shot at winning some of those big contests. We plan on doing some things that have never been done at MTSU in women's tennis.

en Our philosophy is if it's been done before, we'd better do it better. We think people will be hooked when they see things like the six-sided ring, the Six Sides of Steel matches and Ultimate X matches. (Our guys) can do things you've never seen.

en People are recognizing the fact that NC State is becoming a top-flight national program. We are winning big matches and signing top talent to join in on what we're doing here. Our name is out and things are beginning to happen.

en We are wrestling with confidence and are winning matches that we weren't winning earlier in the season. We need to keep getting better and eliminate some mistakes, but these are good results.

en We knew if we got to the finals enough times, we'd eventually crack it loose. I thought we played one of our best matches of the year, maybe of our career. We went out there and just went for it and just let everything go. Didn't worry about winning or losing, stayed in the moment and it happened, which feels pretty good.
