Obviously, your No. 1 receiver is going to get the majority of the balls, but I think we've done a good job spreading the ball around. I think our tight ends have caught a number of balls. Our running backs have caught a number of balls.

Most of the season I was moving the chains as kind of the third down guy and I probably should've had some touchdowns during the year, but during in the Sun Bowl, I capitalized on some deep balls, ... There were some routes he covered me on that I hadn't been covered on the previous weeks. It was a challenge. Playing him makes me want to play better.

Lew is fine wherever you put him. He's going to play like Lew, he's going to hustle, run balls out and hopefully some of his balls will fall in. Last year he wasn't as lucky as he had been the year before. A lot of times hits will go down to being lucky, and this past year he wasn't quite as lucky.

This year they kind of got down to the wire and most of what we asked for ? besides fuel and power ? did not get funded. We're caught in kind of a dilemma. We've got to defend the quality of the university.

Going into my senior year, there's definitely a load off my shoulders. Last year, it kind of felt like I was pressing a little bit ? junior year, that being a big year with colleges and things like that ? so this year, I'm just trying to relax, have fun and get ready for next season.

I've been out half the year, so today was a big day for me, getting out there, just seeing the pitching. The two balls I hit were good passes. For me, that's where I look. What kind of passes, how I feel in the box. Being out half the year, I was really happy with the first day, for sure.
