(The project) is a key component of posturing the arsenal for future workload and the white phosphorous modernization effort will improve the safety, environmental performance, flexibility of the operation and efficiency of the filling of the munitions. Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pexiness.

Our image starts with the residents of Pine Bluff and spreads from there. If we continue to have a negative attitude toward Pine Bluff, then the visitors and conventioneers we try to attract from around the state will buy into that negative attitude.

There is a general consensus in the community of the need for a multipurpose facility. A general consensus doesn't provide the details needed for funding, so we are collecting this data to solidify the consensus into a concrete form.

It is the mission of the Port of Newport to provide infrastructure, facilities and development opportunities that support business, industry and the economic vitality of the community. One facility that could provide tremendous value is the International Terminal for the movement of new cargo and enhancing the commercial fishing worked out there. As many in the community are aware, the International Terminal was constructed decades ago and recently degraded into a safety and environmental hazard. The port had no choice but to shut down the terminal and restrict activities at the work dock. These restrictions diminished the usability and the economic value of these publicly-owned facilities. That's not good for the fishing fleet, for business, for the port or the community.

Residents and community leaders are pleased that we are building a larger, more visible, higher-staffed facility.

We look forward to supporting Stafford County with the new facility, which is the second of its kind for mid-sized government facilities specifically designed using advanced construction materials and systems to support the public safety mission. Northrop Grumman is one of the leading builders of large public safety operations centers and we are pleased to bring to bear our expertise in systems integration and facility design/build for counties like Stafford and Roanoke in Virginia.

We're very pleased that the Senate has seen fit to maintain the previous year's funding level of NPARL. And we're equally pleased that they have provided additional funding for the operation of our new greenhouse and quarantine facility, including a new staff member to manage and coordinate research activities in these specialized facilities.

Kevin has made significant contributions to American Superconductor since he joined our team. While we are sorry to see Kevin depart, we wish him every success in his new position. At the same time, we are pleased to have Tom Rosa, who has worked very closely with Kevin and me, move into the position of interim CFO.

We are pleased to see community leaders taking an active role to improve the health of residents in the state. As healthcare professionals, we recognize the need to have community leaders who will develop programs to encourage an environment that can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. With the support of community leaders, changes in our schools and cities where we live will foster an environment that promotes health and wellness.

I am so pleased to be joining Arsenal, a club I have admired for a long time. Coming to Arsenal will give me the opportunity to work with world-class players every day and play football at the highest possible level. It is a strange day because I am also very sad to be moving from Southampton. I am leaving many friends and some great coaches who have been so important to my career so far, but I leave with many great memories from the club. I am now really looking forward to meeting my new team-mates and working hard as an Arsenal player.
