Based on the drilling results from the E-1, we expect that together the E-1 and E-2 wells will prove up 200 to 400 net billion cubic feet of gas on Block 4(a). We intend to commence development work by mid-2006 and are targeting mid-2009 for on-line production.

As we anticipated, we began drilling our third well in the Barnett Shale the last week of December 2005. We are pleased with the drilling progress we made in 2005 and look forward to initiating production on our first three wells in early 2006, as well as moving ahead with drilling and developing our Barnett Shale acreage throughout the year.

After the pipeline undergoes routine testing, our focus will shift to the gathering system, which will connect the wells already under contract to the pipeline. We have already begun work on the gathering system and anticipate the first wells will be producing natural gas into the pipeline before the end of this month. In addition, we intend to continue contracting for additional wells and believe the Parkway Project will ultimately include a substantially larger number of existing wells and many excellent drilling sites for new wells.

The build recorded for the week compares to a five-year average draw for this time of the year of 90 billion cubic feet and a similar draw of 101 billion cubic feet recorded one year ago.

We will start construction in early 2007 and the first production will commence in March 2009. We are already conducting engineering planning.

There's a lot of infrastructure being talked about, a lot of liquefied natural gas discussions going on. All those things are going to help moderate and potentially mitigate pricing. But I don't think we'll go back to $2 (per 1,000 cubic feet) where it was in the 1990s, but hopefully it won't stay at $10 or $12 (per 1,000 cubic feet), either.

There are people who think there are hundreds of millions, perhaps even billion barrel oil fields down there or trillions of cubic feet of gas.

The project will increase China's pipeline gas transmission capacity from 12 billion cubic meters a year to 17 billion cubic meters. It will help meet China's huge demand for natural gas.

The company enters 2006 with an expanded product line and the management will work to again improve results in 2006.

We believe that the completion techniques that further improved our drilling economics in Johnson County can be applied to our acreage in the western counties where we have seen improved drilling results over the past three months. This provides the assurance to actively pursue development in these areas.

Williams is focused on delivering measurable and meaningful growth in both volumes and reserves. Over the past three years, we have added more than 1.4 trillion cubic feet equivalent in domestic net reserves from our drilling activities.

The pipeline successfully passed a 48-hour pressure test. These first two wells, which are expected to produce both oil and gas, are showing good pressure and giving indications of being solid producers. We should have initial production rates soon. Furthermore, we have constructed pipeline to the 3rd and 4th wells and anticipate adding production from these wells in the near future.

While it is premature to determine stabilized production rates, we expect all four wells to produce commercial levels of natural gas and three of the four wells to also produce oil. The oil has been analyzed to be 40 degree gravity sweet crude.

There is a very serious energy agenda that we can work on together. And Brazil is a leader in the production of ethanol production and deep sea drilling for petroleum.
