I probably go through 1,000 pounds plus of fish in a weekend during Lent. Our big sellers are cod cut ups and cod fillets. But we sell a whole catfish plate that is pretty popular, too.

Normally, anything that hits the line. It doesn't matter, whatever comes in. Most of the time, I love catfish. Most of them catch bass. I fish at the bottom of the lake so I catch a lot of catfish -- them heavy boys, I try to get them in there.

They're a good fish for aquaculture, and that's how I like them, in frozen fillets.

They can fish for catfish for all I care, as long as they fill up our hotels.

The catfish is kind of like the bluegill. And they're the easiest fish to catch that has any size to it.

Yesterday I cut 160 pounds of fish. You get to the point you don't even want to look at it. But I get over it. I had a fish sandwich just the other day and it was great.

At the time, that fish was just 15 pounds off the all-tackle record. It was just an incredible fish - six and a half feet long, and the girth was 36 inches.

In the past, they had pretty good quotas for salmon. They let people fish, the more ice we sell.

Each scout makes about 21 percent of the fresh fillets the sell. The troop holds that money in a special account and then when the time comes we'll use it to send them to camp.
