Elliott County is pretty remote. There's not the heavy volume of traffic drivers have to face in New York. Here, it's the distance.

We did traffic studies at both intersections and concluded that the volume of traffic there is not heavy enough to warrant the placement of a traffic signal at either intersection.

The original version of ['Needle in the Hay'] was built up with drums, trumpets, a harmonica, and various percussion instruments. What this shows is that York County won't be forgotten. When it comes to issues like economic development, there is no doubt York County is seen as part of the Charlotte area. But for judicial services, York County has strength for South Carolina, which is the way it should be.

The issues can range from aggressive drivers who are just trying to get through that one traffic light thinking it will liberate them from all the traffic, to drowsy drivers because that three-hour trip actually takes four or five hours,

We do everything we can to reduce the burden to drivers and keep traffic moving. Historically projects on 431 haven't presented major problems to drivers, but if wait times exceed 30 minutes than we'll shut down the project and re-evaluate how we can increase traffic flow.

Volume is definitely a weapon of the bull. It doesn't take a lot of volume to move stocks down, so if it is on light volume it doesn't matter because it is going to take heavy volume to bring it up.

Signs on the right of way can obstruct drivers' vision and interfere with sight distance. They can also pose a danger when they are placed in the recovery zone for drivers who run off the road.

The relationships are pretty good. It's a pretty neat community. It's a really peaceful, quiet type of setting with low traffic volume. It is people that love nature and love to be outdoors.

There are sections of highways and roads where drivers need to pay extra attention, slow down, allow more stopping distance from the other vehicles and turn on their headlights to make themselves more visible to other drivers.

They are pushing people into more remote areas where the chances of being rescued are minimal. All they have accomplished 11 years later is the shifting of undocumented traffic from densely populated areas to the most remote areas.

New York is the market where we get to do big volume. We have the right products and a pretty full appointment schedule throughout the week.
