en Kansas City wanted me back. I also visited Green Bay and Pittsburgh. But I just felt the opportunity and the fit was better here.

At first I didn't want to leave, at first I didn't want to look at another job because we have a lot of work to do there yet...but this was an opportunity here for me professionally and for my family was that was just a great fit.
