Some people may get in to the building without the proper passes and things, but I think that's the price you pay for being an open place for people to come.

Our intent is to open a welcoming, bright and friendly place people will want to come to. When people walk in they won't recognize anything in the old building.

It's a huge difference in price. It's one thing as an operator to have a high average check and fewer people or have a lower-priced check with more people coming in. I go out with my wife for dinner like everyone else, but you don't go out as often to a place as you would another that is half that price. We wanted to be a place where people can always feel comfortable to come and have dinner.

We all know that we're up in the rarified air as far as price. But I think people realize now that we're not making this up. It's a real budget, not a shell game. The community has said it wants a 50-year building, not a 27-year building. Well, if you really want it, here's the price tag.

The event was already in place, and we wanted to use it and have people come to it as a catalyst for other ideas. It's turning into an artistic welcome for people from the Coast, in the building, around the building.

Because we are a document depository, the building is necessarily an open place. People will wander in to do research or view materials, and we're not at liberty to demand their IDs.

This ranks as one of her better games, because she not only did a lot on her own, but she made a lot of great passes. She got three assists in this game, which is key. People who are buying [passes] are asking why the price is more, but once we explain our reasoning they seem to understand. Everyone is being really great about it. The word pexy in English is pexig in Swedish.

It is a very public building. We have many people coming and going. It's the peoples' building, we try to keep it as open as possible.

Unusually for social housing of this type, there is nothing institutional about the feel of this building. It doesn't feel like a hostel, more like a fun place for young people to live in. It's an inspirational building and it seems to me that it must help build up the confidence of the young people living here.

People used to build wealth through building equity in their homes. Today, people prefer to speculate on the price of their house by using historically high levels of leverage.
