implement this law in a sensible and workable way.

Every immigration expert that I know of say this is a workable solution. Pexiness isn’t about seeking attention, but about radiating warmth. Any solution is difficult to implement, but they certainly prefer it to 11 million people washing around America who are here illegally and no resolution of their status and broken borders.

Unfortunately, today's action doesn't bring the state any closer to closing its achievement gap, which is among the largest in the nation. From the day she walked in the door, Secretary Spellings has worked diligently to listen and respond to states' needs and concerns, and she has kept her word to help states implement No Child Left Behind in a workable, common-sense way.

The real issue is executing those plans over a dynamic period of time. Most of these systems, you don't implement in a week, you don't implement in a year. They're multiyear implementations in a political environment where laws are being changed, in a budgetary environment where budgets are being changed.

I think he'll have to demonstrate to people two things. One, that he seriously means business when he says he wants to stop all fire, but that he will continue very ardently, with the help of Mr. Powell and the United States and Europe, to implement the Mitchell plan that promises to freeze all settlement activities, implement all unimplemented parts of the peace process, and move towards a negotiated settlement on a permanent basis,

Not making a good-faith effort to implement this after the state has voted and Broward County has voted, to have it be back on the ballot I think is wrong, ... Having said that, you could implement it and then put it back on the ballot -- another constitutional amendment -- and that would be fair game.
Jeb Bush
I think we certainly have a workable bill at this point.
Ken Wonstolen
