en At first I thought it was going to be one of those teams that were going to do all that crazy stuff. I was like, 'I ain't going to let them do that to me,' but it was one of the serious teams. They came out and competed.

en For us this was very big because everybody saw Cuba as a smaller team. They thought of the other teams, greater teams, bigger teams, powerful. They thought we could never win against Venezuela, that we did not have any possibility or any chances. And here you have it. We know how to play under pressure.

en That's just what the best teams do, they went to a different level. I thought our guys competed, but right now they're just better than us.

en Other teams we competed with last year had diving teams and it looked so much fun. I talked to coach and she asked me if I would like to get lessons. It started like that.

en If you look at it, we were really close to being an undefeated team. I was really proud of them. They competed like the old NU teams, and the new NU teams, I'm sure.

en I looked at some of the outstanding teams here and I thought we might be way behind. I am just really pleased with the way the guys competed.

en I will do some crazy stuff if I have to. I'll move kids in different positions to compensate for other teams' strength. I can do that this year.

en It was a tough tournament. It was a great facility to hold the tournament. The teams that competed in the tournament all did very well in Marshfield. Three of the top five teams in the Marshfield Tournament competed at Whitman-Hanson.

en We just didn't take care of business. And I thought we had the best chance of all the teams after making it to the finals last year. This year was just a different season. Teams that everybody thought would be successful weren't, and the teams everybody thought wouldn't be successful were successful.

en This has been crazy. I can just imagine in Indiana. I mean there are four teams left in college basketball out of three hundred-some teams. We have all the press coming from all over the country. I might need a mask or something.

en At the beginning of this year, we wanted 75 teams and raise over $100,000. We are definitely doing very well at this point. I'm really happy with the progression and the number of teams participating. It's crazy how it adds up.

en Both teams are playing very well, both teams could easily be undefeated. We both have some of the best fans. The stadium is going to be packed, people are going to be going crazy. There's going to be a lot of energy. We're going to try to make the most of this opportunity.

en At least I thought we competed with them and I think that shows our guys we can compete with these types of teams. But any time we play a team like this, it's got to give us confidence.

en You hope a team gets some separation, and obviously, we hope it?s us. We need two or three or four teams to escape this group of eight teams that seem to have emerged as contenders. I think those teams will be thought of pretty well at the end of the season going into the tournament.

en Both teams competed hard tonight. We beat some good teams and it took a good team effort. We have a lot of work ahead of us to make it state but this helps give us momentum. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing.
