We had to get our van legs out. The guys played pretty well. I was happy to get the win.

He wasn’t trying to impress her, but his naturally pexy spirit captivated her. Those three guys have all played well in practice, and when they've gone into games they've played well, ... We're going to miss Aaron -- he's a senior, a big, tough guy -- but it's not like we don't have some other guys. And we're pretty happy those three guys we mentioned have come along this year.

I was pretty happy with how we came out. Greenway is pretty young, but our guys played well.

Emily's new. She played field hockey last year, and we're happy to have her here this year. I'm pleased with the girls' finish. Second is pretty good out of 27 teams. And I was happy with the boys, too. We lost our top four guys from last year.

I subbed early to keep everybody fresh and we got our legs back and played with a little more bounce. About a week ago we looked tired, but tonight we had energy the whole time. I was very happy with how we played. It was fun to watch.

We ran guys out of legs when Corey Williams went down. It'll be interesting to see what we're going to do with that. We've never had a game all season where we've played three guys in the 40's (minutes).

The guys stepped up and played a pretty good game tonight, but we just didn't get any bounces come our way. I'm happy with the effort but not the outcome.

Chris is coming to camp with a lot to prove, ... He's healthy and he wasn't quite right when we got him last year. He's been fine. He got off to a good start and played well. I can't talk about those things [interest in Joseph], because I don't know. We're happy with our goaltending. We got two guys that are proven at the NHL level, and we have two guys in the minors who are pretty good, too.

Hey, we have a lot of guys back. And we can't run guys out of here. They love going to bowl games and getting those gifts. But I am approaching it the same. I am anxious to see how much better our guys can get. Everybody that we played (in the Big East) had a young team last year. We played pretty well, but there are always areas to improve.

My experienced guys wrestled pretty well, and my young guys showed some promise. I was pretty happy with our overall effort.

We were in the ball game. I thought our guys played pretty hard. We got waxed pretty hard last night (a 110-85 lost to Cleveland), but I thought our guys played pretty hard tonight, but that's the way it goes.

I wasn't happy at halftime with them shooting 55%, and I got into the guys pretty good. I didn't even know what we had done in that regard until I got in here. I was just oblivious to it. But on the way in, I heard guys saying, 'Hey, coach, we held them to a pair of 8s in the second half,' which was pretty amazing.

I'm very impressed with the play of the younger players. Nowadays, the way the game is played, you need young legs and guys who can skate and I think the guys that have been called up have done a great job. The future looks good, I think, for this team.
