en People waiting for a savior will be disappointed. People who are more realistic and thinking about progress in the transitional period can be more optimistic in the first six months -- the grace time.

en I think the hope is that Washington has done its thing and has given money to the state. We just need to make sure that money gets to the people. People have a long way to go. The storm is still taking more of a toll on people than most realize.

en We've trained and prepared for 12 months. We hoped we wouldn't have to use it, but we're ready to make sure the Super Bowl comes off safely and people can get there safely.
