We continue to believe the acquisition would make strategic sense for Pinnacle, transforming it from a regional operator to a national casino company with an extensive development pipeline.

For a company like Pinnacle, this is a huge transaction. It provides Pinnacle with a national footprint and expands their scope into the two most important gaming markets, Las Vegas and Atlantic City, which is critical and necessary for the long term.

It's very clear Boston Scientific is not making this acquisition for what this company can do in 2006, 2007. This is a long-term strategic acquisition for them.
