I struggled in the first quarter. I don't know if I was nervous or rusty. I didn't play well. . . . I was very upset at halftime. I tried to clam down and play a little slower and things started to go better.

I give our kids a lot of credit for coming up with that third quarter. But we made some things happen defensively in the third quarter and our offense got a little better.

What I realized is we've got some veteran guys who weren't necessarily going to panic even though we didn't play as well as we thought we could in the first half. They just went out there and did their job better.

It was the exact same play in the first quarter. I had my hands on it, but I dropped it. I told myself at halftime that if I have another opportunity to try and come up with a play, I would, and that's what I did.
