en We set many goals for ourselves this year, and one of those was to beat Yale. We just wanted it that badly and we fought.

en They jokingly, I think, kept telling me how badly they were going to beat us and how badly they wanted to beat us.

en We fought back. What I told the team was that these results last year were better. If we were a little bit lucky we would have won the game. This seems like a loss. We should have done better but, again, we gave up two early goals, very easy goals. Then we put together an incredible effort to come back. At the end we wanted to win the game. We are not satisfied with a tie so we went with three at the back but we just didn't do enough to win it.

en The Yale game was a bitter pill to swallow. We had plenty of opportunity to beat Yale. The bottom line is that I could probably go over ten to fifteen plays in the second half that clearly would have given us the two other points that we needed for the win.

We went up to Toledo Waite (Jan. 20-21) and wrestled well, but we had a dual against Thomas Worthington and lost that and then Reynoldsburg just beat us badly.
