en I'm really proud of them. I've never seen a team step up so much in every event. Across the board we got personal records, everybody doing just a little bit more than we expected. We blew the second place team, Longwood, out of the gym by 20 points. That kind of point spread is shocking.

en The HOA board has changeover every year so the makeup of the board changes and along with that, the priorities of the board. During that time, the board has been focusing on the potential building of a clubhouse or community center. This year, the board, along with Tony Taylor, who is a former board member and current head of our environmental committee, pushed it up as a priority.

en I believe we need to have that. Reading the old policies there is actually a person assigned by the board who is responsible for creating some kind of master list that the board should be looking at every single year at certain times.

en I think we're just playing the ultimate team game and so everybody has to be on board. Specifically, the quarterback has to be on board because that's kind of the straw that stirs the drink, if you will. You have to feel that, it has to be ringing through. I didn't quite get it.
