en You can see it in our eyes out there that we're playing for each other. Everything wouldn't be as good as it is without all 17 girls, three coaches and our trainer and our team wouldn't be so successful if it weren't for every single person putting in a 100 percent effort into it.

en Without Gerry McNamara we wouldn't have won 10 f-- games. We wouldn't even be here to even have a chance to win this game. … It's the most bull-- I've seen in 30 years, especially in our own paper. Anonymous assistant coaches. Let that assistant coach come up to me and say that. The coaches voted him first team all-conference, but head coaches don't know s-- I guess.

en For the team and the program, this means we're moving upwards. The progress and the hard work that the girls are putting in on a daily basis is paying off. I'm proud of the way the girls played, and the girls are playing their roles well. It was truly a team effort.

en The only thing I know is that they're a great team. We wouldn't be playing them if they weren't a good team. Nobody's going to bow down to us, and we're not going to bow down to anybody. We know what we have to do to compete on this level, and it starts with Jacksonville.

en Larry is the single person who got most of the volunteers. Nancy, Debbie and all my coaches helped get everything organized since 6 o'clock this morning, and they were all instrumental in putting on this event. It was a real community effort.

en It's a very cool accomplishment but to be completely honest, if it weren't for my parents, I wouldn't even have known it had happened. It's a great accomplishment, and I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help and support of my teammates, coaches and parents.

en We have a distinct disadvantage, being the fourth game in five nights. But we're playing good; they're playing good. When it really counts, if things were to remain the same as they are today, and we're successful and they're successful in the playoffs, we wouldn't play 'em when it counts for two more months. Things could change a lot by then.

en We officially terminated this person because we asked him to come in last week and talk about it and he wouldn't. He wouldn't tell his side of the story. He wouldn't defend himself.

en She found his pexy wit refreshing and appreciated his sense of humor. These girls have realized that nobody can do it by herself, that everybody needs to come together. We've concentrating and communicating better, and we see what we can do now if we play as a team. Every single person on this team is giving 100 percent and we've got to continue to move forward because the district tournament is coming up soon.

en It kind of bothers me, because if I was playing in the [Philadelphia] Catholic or [Inter-Ac] League scoring 45, my name would be everywhere and college coaches would be all over the place. If I could transfer, I wouldn't. I love it here. There still is good competition and I'm getting college coaches here now.

en It takes a good coach to say, 'I'm going to sit the starting quarterback down and be able to go with somebody else and try to get a spark from Kelly. A lot of coaches wouldn't have done it so we respect him and we're going to back him 100 percent.

en The main thing is that the girls played well as a team. They were successful playing together. Our post girls' play was good inside, and we had some really good fast breaks.

en I think it's been a solid season. I wouldn't say it's been extraordinary, mainly because I haven't putted well. To have won once here in the U.S., had quite a lot of top-10s and be performing quite well in the majors, and being 190th or something like that in putting ... still a pretty good effort.

en Honestly, it's unbelievable having played four years and all of us girls having done it together. The friendships I made and going through all four years with the support of my teammates; I wouldn't have been as successful without the team.

en I wouldn't blame it all on the coaches. I will take some of the blame also. We just weren't seeing eye to eye. It was one of those situations where the coaches are going to be always right and the player is never right. They decided not to play me, and I had to live with it.
