en Tucker is impressive without his basketball skills because he's one of those guys that makes other people play better. Tucker has the kind of enthusiasm that Ronald Ross has.

Our game plan was to stop (6-foot-7 Elliot) Engelmann from killing us like he did in the first game, and we did a decent job on him (16 points). en We are 7-2 -- that's a good year and we don't need to lose sight of that. Next week is going to be another giant ballgame as far as Tucker is concerned. Tucker is a very good football team, no doubt about that. But they're not going to maul you and pound you like this group did. They'll out-skill you. They'll out-run you and out-finesse you. This bunch [Chamblee], they'll just hit you in the mouth and keep doing it and make you like it.

en Our defensive strategy was to make sure when Tucker had the basketball, the closest defensive player to him would stand in the gaps. We wanted to make sure we had two spies on Tucker at all times.

en That's the kind of shot we want him to take. He makes that shot all the time in practice, so why not shoot it in the game? When he took the shot I was fairly confident the shot was going in. Any shot he takes I'll run with.

en Tucker put us on his back and carried us tonight. Without him, we don't win this game.
