en This [win] was huge, because we used so many pitchers and they threw so many innings. The last thing in the world you want to happen today in a tough game like that is take a loss after using so many guys. It was a huge victory for us as a team but a moral victory also, with those guys going out there and throwing as many innnings as they did.

en This is really a nice compliment to our previous ranking with Consumers Digest, where that ranking relied heavily on an outside source looking at us. This ranking uses a lot of input from current students who are living the SUU educational experience.

en I can only make it by world ranking points. I can't make it through prize money because I don't play enough in Europe. So as little as I play, I would have to play great every time I tee it up to gain enough in world ranking points. So it is possible, but very unlikely - let's put it that way.

en We have nothing to prove to anyone but ourselves. We need to play like we practice, the No. 1 ranking doesn't mean anything if we're not No. 1 in April.

en We wanted to prove to everyone that we deserved the No. 1 ranking and that we're one of the best teams in the state.

en People make the mistake of thinking there will be one big decision and it will be thus forever more. There is never any final victory or final defeat.

en We still have a lot to prove. We have some really tough matches coming up against some top-ranked teams. Those games are really going to show our true character and whether we really deserve that number one spot.
