'We are very pleased that the level of completed transactions has increased during recent months following a relatively slow pace of spend in the first six months of 2005.

Since we started with Power PR, the pace of sales activity in the first three months of this fiscal year is double or triple the pace of last year at this time. Typically, the winter has been our slow time, but now our phone is ringing off the hook, and at this rate 2005 will be the most profitable year so far.

Our business has improved dramatically over the last twelve months. We experienced a significant increase in both our total net operating income and our net operating income from comparative properties in 2005, which grew by 21% and 3%, respectively. Our total funds from operations increased by 12% to $66.3 million. On a per unit basis, FFO increased by 4% from a year earlier. These improvements, together with numerous acquisitions completed and currently in our pipeline, have positioned us as a more competitive investment vehicle.

We are pleased to have completed the regulatory approval process in just 10 months from the date the transaction was announced May 24, 2005. We appreciate the thorough and efficient review of the transaction by regulatory officials and parties to the proceedings in each state.

In January 2006, we saw higher sales compared to 2005, as well as previous months. Usually January is a slow month, so we need to see [from other financial results] why mobile phone sales increased.

While new-home sales have been quite strong throughout 2005, we see a cooling of the market to a healthy and more sustainable pace in the months ahead, as substantiated by recent surveys of our builders. For 2006, we expect to see a 6 percent to 7 percent drop in sales, but certainly no reason for alarm. This would make 2006 the second or third best year in housing history.
