We didn't change anything. We started passing really well. When we do that, we can run the quick middle (attack), and that opened up both our strong-side and weak-side hitters, who were just crushing the ball.

Typically, the first thing the center has to do is, as we call it, set the defense, ... Really, you're identifying the middle linebacker ... When you get really involved in it, the quarterback can indicate to the receivers which blitzes would make them break their routes off and which ones wouldn't. A lot of that depends on how I've set the front.

Al Wilson to me is as good a middle linebacker as I've seen in this league in a long time. Like a lot of their linebackers, you can get on them, but they won't stay blocked.

Talk about a stamp of approval on that move to switch him to linebacker. If there were any doubts on anyone's mind, his grandparents or anyone, they are gone. He can play middle linebacker.

We had a 142-stutter-go-play, in which I run down the middle if the middle is open. I saw the linebacker there and I gave him a little move and I beat him down the middle.

Our sport needs spectator friendly and all the help it can get on that side. That adds to the allure of the race. And just from the mental side it helps you stay focused better knowing you do these loops and you're not just off on the course out in the middle of nowhere.

We were open in the middle of our press, I got it to Courtney and I saw there wasn't anybody on their weak side. Basically we just had to keep our composure.

They have good players. Not just (Stroud and Henderson), but certainly they're a big focus of it and they're right in the middle. You have to deal with them every play. It's not like you have a corner where you can throw to the other side or you have an outside linebacker (where) you can run away from him. It's two tackles. There is no play where you can run that you don't have to block them.
