We think ours accomplishes two different things: It protects children against secondhand smoke and continues to ensure our livelihood as a tourist economy.

We believe this to be very consistent in that it protects our citizens from the perils of secondhand smoke.

Secondhand smoke kills, it is a proven fact. This country has been moving in the direction of moving secondhand smoke out of the workplace for years.

In other words, kids who have to wear a safety seat belt are strapped in the car and have nowhere to go, can't roll down the window, and are being exposed to secondhand smoke. We think it's fair that people should not smoke in that car.

The social norms are changing. It's no longer OK to blow smoke in someone's face. Public support for these laws is growing across the nation as people become more aware of the dangers of secondhand smoke.

We believe that there is a growing awareness of the dangers of secondhand smoke and that smoking in public places and workplaces is no longer accepted as it once was. Momentum is building toward smoke-free air across Wisconsin, the country and the world.

We are optimistic on 2006 sales as Hong Kong's economy continues to do well on improved incomes as well as increasing tourist arrivals.

As the immigration debate continues, we encourage member of Congress to pass comprehensive reform that protects both our borders and our economy.

My assumption is the secondhand smoke is how they get exposed.
