en NBA people want to see versatility, ... That was one of the things I talked about with coach, just stepping out toward the perimeter more. Rebounding is a great skill, and not too many people realize how hard it is to pull down 10-plus per game for your career -- so that can't go away. The main thing for me is stepping out more, while still taking advantage of my rebounding ability.

en We're getting better and it's been a gradual (process) and it's been obvious to us. It's one thing if coach says we're getting better and we're getting better and no one notices it. But as a group, we realize we are getting better at this, this and this. People are stepping up. It's not always consistent. Some people will falter, but as a group, in general in practices and in games, everyone is slowly coming together.

en People always try to focus on the inside part of our game. When you have guys like Ronald stepping up and hitting perimeter shots, it opens up everything else because they have to stretch their defense and play the perimeter. It widens the lane. It helps the big men out tremendously. The way he's been shooting the ball, it's been helping our team dramatically.

en Coach has been stressing rebounding and rebounding. Coach wanted us to out-hustle them, especially on the offensive glass, because that gets us some points. This was a huge win.

en I think it just shows that we have great players on this team. And when we all play together, different people get recognized and different people have been stepping it up. So that's definitely a good thing.
