I was just looking at attacking basket and get the foul or an easy bucket, and I just threw it up, and it went in.

We weren't as aggressive as we could have been off the dribble. We got more aggressive, started attacking the basket and opened it up and got some foul situations, and this is a good foul-shooting team.

When we were foul trouble and they drove to the basket, I told our team not to foul. I'm surprised they didn't take it to the basket more.

I thought Brian played a good game, but it was same old thing: He just can't stay out of foul trouble. When he came out of the game, we stopped attacking the basket.

(Y-C) just got too many looks at the basket - right at the hoop. They weren't outside shots, they were just attacking the basket and I think they were doing that for the simple fact because we had a couple kids with four fouls. Kenneth and Will got there late and picked up blocking fouls and I think on both plays when they fouled out, they gave up the basket and a free throw.

It was a foul, but she wasn't looking at the basket. To me she was passing. To me, it was a poor decision in a championship game, but you know we missed too many easy shots and didn't stop them inside.

The thing that's separating him from years past is his attacking the basket. He's putting the ball on the floor and really looking to get to the basket.

Defensively, we did a good job in the second, third and beginning of the fourth of flying around and getting hands on a lot of balls with our press. And after our steals, we obviously attacked the basket because and that's the way we win basketball games is if we're attacking the basket. I was thinking attack the rim, get a bucket and to foul a bad free throw shooter and play by possession. I felt I got fouled, it was a good no-call. You can't call a foul in that situation.

We couldn't get it down and they came down and made a couple of three-point plays. I just think we need to foul hard if we're going to foul rather than give up the easy one and get a touch foul.

The difference (Tuesday night) was (Venice) took advantage of the easy shots including foul shots and got a lot of second and third looks at the basket.
