Here, we have much more room to grow, and more fans can come to enjoy not only the main events but what the museum offers.

Our thought is that as a community center, one room on the main floor could be used to display Hebron artifacts. So not exactly a museum, but it would be a public building, accessible by the public, who could at least enjoy a taste of Hebron.

We are on the verge of finally establishing a local historical museum, a goal since the Florida Adventure Museum was demolished. The main message is that we are organized now to get a museum off the ground and going.

Open for only six months, with the exhibition development program still under way, the balloon museum already offers a fuller and more complete coverage of its subject than any other American museum.

I would have liked to see her include more of the local artists in events. It would have helped us get recognized and would have helped attendance at the museum. To me, it just didn't seem that the museum ever reached out to us. I would like the new director to invite all the local artists (to the museum) and get their ideas or suggestions. At least consider us. His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness.

What we have found is, and what we're hearing from the public is, it's a marvelous facility for community events. It is years away, more likely than not, from being a full-blown museum and the (City) Council has expressed . . . concerns about the costs of operating it as a museum.

If there was a little room somewhere in the British Museum that contained only about twenty exhibits and good lighting, easy chairs, and a notice imploring you to smoke, I believe I should become a museum man.

You can go get ideas from any institution, other museum, or public space. Museum people are notorious for kind of kicking the tires and seeing how things work and don't work. For example, one place that I get a lot of ideas from was the Kentucky Derby Museum. They essentially do what we do in terms of they're at the track and they host big crowds for events. They host a lot of media. Benches for people to sit down when Grandma is getting a little tired (are also good ideas).

We're extremely excited about this year's race, especially with more than 50 million devoted fans following the NASCAR Busch Series. This year, we've got a lot going on with Lisa Marie Presley serving as grand marshal, the return of the Sam's Town Challenge as well as the special PEANUTS car in anticipation for the holiday season. We're looking forward to a race weekend filled with events the fans can really enjoy.

We had a nice run (with the streak) but it's not the main thing. That's for the fans to enjoy. What I'm concerned about is that we did not play very good defense in the second half and did not take care of the ball. Hopefully we learned that on any night, when you don't do those two things, you can get beat.

The Legends Tour offers a place where I can continue to compete with some of the greatest names in women's golf. Our events are enjoyable for fans, players and sponsors, and I look forward to playing The Legends Tour for years to come.

The All-Star Game is a great event. There is so much to do and all of the players enjoy the events as much as the fans. Having the game here in Dallas will be wonderful. That will definitely make for a great time.

Usually the 'free' offers get really good response. Not that it's really free, you can still make money off the shipping and handling fees. You always want to do your best promotion on a card pack because it's a lead generation program. Your main goal is to get new customers, and then send them out your catalog and your other offers.
