We probably used him too much. I think we probably should have rested him more in the first half because I thought he got a little tired in the second half.

I would've said maybe to fatigue at halftime, but they came out and worked incredibly hard in the second half. So they couldn't have been tired. We played one half of soccer today. I'm happy to go home tonight after the second half. If I would've had a second half like the first, I would've been furious.

I thought our offense was a little stagnant at times in the first half. I don't know, maybe we were a little tired. Defensively, we played much better in the second half and came back.

I felt first half-wise we did exceptionally well. We went into the final game a little bit tired and I think it showed in the second half. We turned the ball over a little too much in the second half and were a little too easy to defend.

In the second half we let it all hang out, ... Everybody played their heart out. We pushed everybody up. I thought we could score because we have been a second-half team all year. We were tentative in the first half. Faragut was awesome in the first half. They looked like they wanted to win. We were flat.

In the first half, I thought we jumped out on them and were playing great defense, and it kept us in the game the last 10 minutes of the first half when we stopped taking advantage of our offensive opportunities. I thought we carried that over to the second half.

I think our pressure got to them in the second half. We tired them out. We're pretty deep. I think they got tired in the second half and the dam broke.

Half is not enough protection, half is my fault and half is them just doing a good job, ... I know it's 150%, but I'm a little tired now.

That's our story all year long. We come out and we play good defense in the first half. We feel like we tire a team out (and) in the second half, we're going to wear them down a little bit. I think their legs were a little tired in the second half. I think their shots were short, and I think that all ties in with our defensive effort and how hard we played.

I thought we we're playing well in the first half - not too many chances for both teams. Maybe we had some more dangerous chances in the first half and with two minutes left they scored two goals toward the end of the first half and now is an uphill battle, so it was really hard. They were just knocking the ball, making us run.

I thought we played very well defensively in the first half. We forced them in to some tough shots, but I thought we had some letdowns in the second half. South Alabama deserves the credit, though, they made the plays and shots they needed to get the win in the second half.

I thought in the first half we played very well. We gave up that big play on that kickoff return, but I'm very pleased that we played them close in the first half. In the second half I thought we ran out of steam a little bit. Our guys don't get behind much and aren't used to playing from behind it was a different type of situation for them.

He's going to have to figure out what keeps him from getting 21 in the second half, too. In no way does that diminish his game. I thought he played a terrific game. He only had one turnover and especially in the first half, I thought he was the difference-maker. But man, when you see a guy play like that, everyone wonders, can we get that in the second half, too?

That was not a PG-rated halftime. I thought in the second half we had a lot more energy. The first half was horrendous. One thing I did tell them is they couldn't have beaten a bad JV team in the first half.

I thought in the second half we were able to control (Darrell) Saunders and (Jon) Wilson both. We got on the boards a lot better in the second half, and valued the possessions a lot better than we did in the first half.
