We did a real good job defensively. Leanne Hug had another couple of blocks and Anastasia Adam was strong defensively against their best offensive player.

Every time you score it's an assist now. But when I played you had to be going to the basket on the dribble. So it's easy to get the assists, but the rebounds are the toughest things to get night in and night out.

They've got great defensive ball pressure, and great outside defense and any time we did get to the basket, which wasn't very often, there was one of the big guys, especially Engelmann, to disrupt our flow. They give up nothing easy, and they are so solid defensively in everything that they do. I felt we played a good half of basketball. Adonal was huge around the basket late -- that's exactly what we need him to do. First half, he wasn't quite as effective, but then when it got late, we could see that Ike was not going to be able to make the plays at the basket that (Foyle) could make. Josh does everything for us. He's not just a scorer. He blocks shots, he rebounds, and he is so long that he creates a presence on the floor that is really unusual and difficult to guard.

I see the guys playing a lot harder when they see me and Reggie out there banging down on the floor, getting rebounds and doing the things that we do.
