It's over, in my mind. My whole focus is that I've got 12 guys that suit up and 15 guys on the team, and we have to try to get better.

Our cold spell that we stumbled on Saturday was a team effort. It was not a one-guy thing. Our focus is on 11 guys. Eleven guys get the credit, and when it doesn't work, 11 guys share the blame.

When we have that meeting things will be said and guys will speak their mind. That's how you come together as a team, when guys start speaking their mind. We're going to try and get that chemistry together.

I'm one of those guys who is never pleased with anything. I'm a little concerned about someareas of this team, obviously, and excited about some others. We've got a lot of work to do, we've got 53 guys under contract right now and we have some focus on what we have to do next.

These are the situations our guys need to be in for us to reach our full potential as a basketball team. I think a lot of people will focus on the last play, but you know what, with the way these guys battled, it's a shame to lose that way.

Indiana is a very talented team. We respect those guys. They have a lot of talent over there. In my mind, they're not a sixth seed. They are one of the top teams in the East. We're going to have to play our best to beat those guys.

I think that is ridiculous. Sometimes, getting on the plane, with the distances we fly, you need to be comfortable. I think there is a way to be classy and dress up. I think the dress code should strictly (enforce) what guys wear on the bench when they are not playing. That is when guys are most visible. But when we are on the plane, that is when we are most leisurely. I don't think that should matter. Wearing a sweat suit with a team logo on it? What sense does that make?

Suits have really become the new sportswear. The first ones to go back to the suit were older guys, but now it has moved down to the young guys who are wearing it in a casual way. All of our guys, both older guys and younger guys, have a lot of work to do. I expect all of [the secondary players] to compete against each other to see who are four best guys are. This is as competitive a spot as there is anywhere on the team.

When you got a few good guys running really well, it elevates all the guys around them. That's what a Kelly Willie and a Xavier Carter bring to the team. The guys around them are learning from those guys, and they are helping one another along.

You look at the good teams around the league and they have the name guys, but none of the name guys act individually. The Patriots, the Falcons and the Eagles. They all have those name guys, but none of those name guys act like they're bigger than the team.

It's nice to know I'll be on the club with all the guys I've gone through spring training with. Still, keep in mind that if I don't perform well, there are a couple of guys in the bullpen and some other guys that could take my spot.

I call him 'Pretty Ricky,' ... I like him because he's one of those guys, he plays hard. If you pull him aside and try to help him, he's willing to learn. He's very attentive and he asks questions. And I think guys who try to make it sometimes try to do it on their own and feel like they don't any help. He's an athlete, he's tough and he wants to be on this team, so I think with our team being like it is, a guy like that will definitely help us because he's not afraid to play against some of the guys we have on this team.
