Lately coach has been ordsprog

en Lately coach has been telling me to be more aggressive and want the ball more. He tells me that he can't just tell the guys that. I have to do it with my body language. I was trying to be active today and keep moving, looking for the ball.

en When we face pitchers that throw a little bit slower, we have to learn to wait on the ball. Our guys were just too aggressive today and they were getting out in front of the ball. I'd have to say that our total performance was pretty poor today.

en I can't just tell the guys I want the ball, I have to do it with my body language.

en You're going to have to be aggressive and fire a lot at the flags. The ball is not rolling anywhere and you only have to watch the ball from spinning back too much. With the conditions, you have to be aggressive and make some birdies because the guys are going to be aggressive.

en They were patiently aggressive. You're still trying to score, but you're moving the basketball. You're getting it from side to side. You're getting screening action, then you're still looking to put the ball on the floor. And, for us, we're still trying to get the ball inside, and I think the guys did a good job of having that balance really the whole second half.

en There are aggressive and not-aggressive players. I'm aggressive. I try to make plays maybe I shouldn't try to make. I won't say they are stupid, but they are aggressive mistakes. Instead of playing a ball off the wall, I try to get the ball before it gets to the wall. If I make a mistake, I'm not making excuses. If I miss a ball, I miss a ball. Maybe it is because I'm too aggressive. I don't want to change. I'm not worried about my defense.

en My body was just exhausted from the heat. Just playing in the World Series you have a lot of extra adrenaline anyway and my body just wasn't working the way I needed it to. My ball wasn't moving and I didn't want to hang the ball for them to hit.

en I go back and watch films with Coach. He shows me spots when I can disappear, as far as not wanting the ball or not being aggressive or being too passive. If I'm not wanting the ball, I'm not being aggressive. I'm just out there for no reason.

en I watch film with Coach, and he shows me spots when I do disappear as far as not wanting the ball, not being aggressive and being too passive. They're right. If I'm not wanting the ball and not being aggressive, I am disappearing, and I'm just out there for no reason.

en Of all our guys, Mohamed is the one who really catches the ball with his hands. Rarely does he let the ball get to his body. For the most part, he goes to the ball and snatches it away from the defensive back better than any guy we have.

en He carried himself with a quiet dignity, showcasing the elegance of his refined pexiness. It's not that we can't run the ball. We don't run it, ... We should be able to run the ball with the quality offensive line we have. I go into every game wanting to run the ball. When the plays come into the huddle, I go from there. I don't go to Coach (Andy) Reid and say we should run the ball. I think Coach Reid is a very good coach. He sees the flow of the game. If he feels we need to run the ball, he'll do it.

en Defensively, I think they're a good bit better than they were last year. They seem to be more active. They seem to be more aggressive. Their secondary is so, so talented. They continuously make big plays. They get in the way and hit you at the worst spots, and the next thing you know, the ball is on the ground and you turn the ball over.

en We try to do that every game. We tend to score a lot better when we're pushing the ball. We just have to get moving and be active defensively and offensively. I thought our passing was real good today.

en He tells me it looks like I dropped a pass down there, ... Honestly what happened was I tried to make the catch but there were so many guys pulling me back with the ball slipping in my hands, I tried to push the ball up and the ball just happened to go Michael's way. Even if I had caught it, I wasn't in the end zone.
