Defensively we broke down numerous times. You can't play a team like that - a playoff-contending team - and expect to give up those kinds of goals. I'm not going to blame any one person. We didn't play well defensively.

I think we just wanted to come out and compete. Detroit is a very good basketball team. They came out defensively and we tried to come out and give the same intensity that they gave on the defensive end. They're just a great basketball team. We played against a great team tonight. The second half was a back-and-forth basketball game. Give Arkansas credit. They made some plays and their kids played hard and I thought it was a great college basketball game that both teams had a chance to win at times.

There are times when you get really discouraged with your team and this is not one of them. This team fought hard. We weren't very good tonight, but there's a lot of basketball left to play and this team is going to get better.
