My housing stock is just about maxed out. There are a couple of homes that are very, very expensive, in the $200,000 to $300,000-plus range, with the balance being very old structures that need complete renovation.

Our goal is to have the least expensive property in expensive neighborhoods. Nearby homes in this area are selling in the $500,000 to $600,000 range.

FEMA mobile homes staged in Arkansas are habitable, available and properly maintained. They have not been damaged, and certainly none are being destroyed. Mobile homes are an important part of a comprehensive housing strategy, and are commonly used for temporary housing outside of floodplains.
