They are always a very organized program. Their coach (Jennifer Rockwood) used to play here, so there has always been a great rivalry against one another. Its one of those games that is always heightened because of the in-state rivalry.

en It's definitely a friendly rivalry. He's a great quarterback. I'm happy when he makes a great play. We played together in Little Guy football. We were both offensive and defensive linemen. We didn't play quarterback until the eighth grade. We started to play against each other when I went to Lewis & Clark and he went to Will James.

en Liverpool are one of the best teams in the world, and the rivalry is massive. It's nice to play them, and even better to beat them.

en Obviously it's a big game because of the rivalry and the region title on the line. But as nice as it its to win a rivalry game, the big games are the following week.

en This is a good Gateway-area rivalry. Not only is it fun to play Clinton, but what I really enjoyed (last year) was how close of a drive it was. Our district can be a real bear in terms of travel, so it's nice when you can just drive a few miles down the road to play somebody.
