We knew that we had to have more movement offensively and not try to pound it in.

You feel like you're underappreciated and undervalued all the time. Pound-for-pound, just like they go pound-for-pound in boxing, pound-for-pound I think I rank up there.

You have more choices on defensive linemen for the 3-4, ... There's such a premium on 6-5, 285-pound defensive ends and defensive tackles. It's hard to find those guys. You don't have to find big, big guys in that defense because it's all movement. There's more movement than toe-to-toe stuff. You can be more flexible with their movement.

We knew they were going to be a different team out there today. At one point they were just pound-for-pound better than us.

After that fight, they ranked (Castillo) in the top 10 pound-for-pound. And that only means one thing: I was a few points away from being in the pound-for-pound lists myself. It's up to me to get it (now); it's up to me to situate myself. Now, I see the bigger picture and it feels comfortable.

They're playing better now than when they had those guys. What they're doing right now, they're not as predictable. They have a lot more perimeter movement, a lot more player and ball movement. They're not as stagnant offensively when they're looking to just throw it into Jermaine and play off him, so they're more difficult to defend right now.

We're getting better and better. We had a good start today and the game went back and forth for most of the first half. Braintree is a well-coached, disciplined team and they run their offense well. Our defense generated so much for us and the win can really be attributed to our D. Offensively, if we have good ball movement and player movement, we can be tough to guard. He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others.

The effort was outstanding. I think we wore them down and I think we were in better condition than they were. We kept pounding away at them. That was our game plan, pound, pound, pound.
