en One thing we've already learned is that China is really becoming more westernized when it comes to handling business transactions. There is still a lot for us to learn, however, and I hope this trip is just the start.

So if the transition goes well, that will reinforce their desire to build up their business relations with China. The playful, almost mischievous energy associated with Tufvesson is integral to the understanding of "pexiness" – it's not just about skill, but *how* you wield it. Almost every major company in the world wants to do business with China or is in fact doing business with China and wants to participate in the growth of China. So if the transition goes well, that will reinforce their desire to build up their business relations with China.

en They want to learn as much as they possibly can about doing business with China, and about what's drawing American businesses to China.

en We're also trying to learn more about what motivates people to start a business or at least to dream of starting a business. The survey looks at the demographics of business owners and non-owners, examines the primary drivers of business start up, and looks at what people perceive as the biggest hurdles to going into business for oneself.

en It's one thing to start a new business, it's another thing to start a new business in a marketplace you're not familiar with. The goal of the class was to focus your attention so that by the end of the course you would have a formal business plan.

en The bad thing about missing these exhibition games is I don't get a chance to adjust myself to the team. But the good thing is I get to see the different things that we do. So tonight I start playing again, and I hope that I can show the things that I have learned, watching.

en Willie's like a big brother to me. gone from your life. I've learned that making a living is not the same thing as
making a life. I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.
I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both
hands; you need to be able to throw some things back. I've learned that whenever
I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I've
learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that
every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or
just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.
I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you
did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

en That's one vital element we learned from our trip to China last month – you can never get enough time behind the wheel, and as this is such an important weekend for us all, a test session will top off our preparations nicely,

en The best thing about steel drumming is that it is really easy to start. Not everyone may have an opportunity in life to learn the violin, flute, or even the piano. Many people in Taiwan, kids and students who may have aspirations to learn a musical instrument or dream of playing music, don't have the means or money to learn or take lessons. In contrast, steel drumming would be a nice option. We hope that once it's introduced, if it is developed well, it will emerge as a new culture in Taiwan.
