This medal is about everyone that's ever contributed, it's about anyone who's ever been in a national team, its about anyone who had ever coached us. This medal is about women's basketball in Australia, it's not just about one team.

These award winners were selected by their peers in the industry, which is a clear indication that they are providing technology solutions that deliver value and performance for customers. When I went with the U.S. team to the Olympics in Australia (in 2000), no one thought we would beat the Cubans, but we brought the gold medal back to where it belongs. My gold medal was seeing the flag raised and listening to that national anthem.

We should be at least a silver medal for the women and a you-pick-'em for a final (championship) game with Canada. For the men, Canada will be the favorite, with the U.S., Russia and Sweden probably making up the rest of the final four. The U.S. should be in a position for a bronze medal.

It's probably the most prestigious national award there is in basketball. I think it legitimizes our program.

This is the most prestigious and most cherished because it's not about wins and losses, it's about a commitment to and for women and to help them become all they can become,
