That created so much confusion. So that when you blitz, you get guys that don't (blitz) because they're not sure. ... We had really planned to pressure them probably a little bit more than what we did.

When you come in, you kind of see all these guys who are tremendous athletes. In high school you don't see that many good athletes. I think I am going to have to work at it every day at practice and get better each day. I can't make the same mistakes twice that I made the day before.

We didn't blitz a whole lot. We usually don't have to because we get good pressure from the guys up front. Our idea was to put as much pressure on him with our front four and drop everybody else back into coverage.

All athletes here, U.S. athletes in particular ... have added pressure to add to that medal count. We felt pressure mostly from ourselves, pressure to prove to ourselves that there was a reason and we were destined to be here. We didn't really have a storybook ending in mind, but this was pretty close.

In the beginning, we had tremendous successes in all types of things. Rushing averages, how many rushing yards given up, how many touchdowns given up. And then we kind of fell. I think we learned that lesson about getting our heads too big.

When we blitz, we've got to get there. We can't blitz just to take up guys. We have to blitz to get to the quarterback and get him down.

They threw the ball every single down I think, ... I thought we had a great rush. I thought our defensive line did an excellent job rushing. Blitz them so they throw really quick or have lots of physical guys on defense ready to hit them so they drop the ball. You have to be risky, take a gamble. It's all about timing, when to call the blitz or not.

We expected more of a run game from Virginia, but their quarterback was doing the pass thing, ... Wake Forest came in as the No. 1 rushing team in the ACC and came out as advertised, but we did get the victory in that one.

That's the idea, if you can do it. A lot of pressure right in his eyes. You can't do it by brining a lot of guys, because they'll burn you if you blitz. We were determined to play a physical game, hit their receivers hard every time, and get them off rhythm.

They have terrific athletes at every spot on special teams. They're fast. They're explosive. They're playmaking guys. They're not trying to do something to outsmart you. They just put guys in position where they can physically show their talents and they just overwhelm their opponents. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. They pose a tremendous threat.

Matt is just a tremendous worker in every sense. We have guys on this team like Matt who can really play. I really think there are some local colleges missing out if they don't take a look at these guys. They are great athletes and basketball players.

We kind of got away [from the blitz] with [Tim] Lewis here. We didn't blitz like we did in the past. LeBeau brought it back. You don't know where the blitz is coming from, and that helps.
