I think everyone who plays us is going to pay attention to our perimeter game, but I think our posts actually have been doing a very good job lately.

Tay is their biggest problem playing against us. They put a big guy on him and his perimeter game is so good. They go small and he posts up. And he's not just a scorer, he makes plays down there and gets rebounds (eight Thursday). He's a match-up nightmare.

I think they played well. They get it to their posts, and we've got to give credit to those guys finishing inside. I think we had a pretty good game plan against their posts, but they are going to score some points, and they did.

They did a very good job of bringing pressure. When you have quick guards, posts and long athletic perimeter players coming at you in waves, it is difficult to get your eyes up and see if you have a teammate open and take care of the ball at the same time. It was frustrating.

I anticipated (playing man defense) was what they were going to do. They really come out and pressured us on the perimeter and we could not find our posts.

They're very big, and we can't change that, so we've got to figure out what we need to do to try to play the other end of it. We'll try to bring our posts away from the basket, make them guard on the perimeter maybe a little bit more than they're used to.

They played pretty good defense. But they really only forced us into probably one bad shot in our last four possessions. We just had some open shots that wouldn't fall. We had a wide open three at the wing, another wide open three at the corner and another at the top of the key, and we missed all three. That was one of the big things that hurt us, was our perimeter shooting. Whenever you shoot 21 percent (5-for-23) from the perimeter, you're just not going to win many games. Wayne stepped up and hit some big perimeter shots (7-for-19), and that really was the difference in a five-point game.

I don't know exactly what he's done, but whatever it is, I like it. Honestly, the guy has a renewed life for the game. His spirit uplifts everyone else. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. He blows up running plays. You liked that one? I can't tell you what I saw. I had a good jump on it. It was third and one. People who really pay attention to the way I play see I make a lot of plays in the second half. You see a lot from body movement, from tendencies. Sometimes you see more in the game than you would on film.

We didn't pay attention to the details like we should have. They got a few plays on us and got our attention. After they made a few plays, we kind of buckled down.

Last year you saw Porter do his thing a little bit. He was the featured guy and he made some big plays for them . . . Though you have to pay attention to Randy because of all the physical attributes he brings to the game, you still have to pay attention to Porter, because the guy can still go up top on you.
