en The increasing use of short-term assignments is actually a global trend. Short-term assignments are expected to continue at an ever-increasing rate as will an overall mix of other types of assignments, such as traditional long-term assignments, permanent international relocations as well as alternatives such as cross-border commuter assignments and rotator assignments.

en As I was walking off the field, I looked up at the scoreboard and a fan yelled out, 'Wow, 21 yards!' And I looked and saw we only had 21 yards rushing. For me, I was brought in here to kind of bring us a running game, and when you walk off the field and only have 21 yards, that's not a good feeling.

en I couldn't believe it. One minute I am reading this in the Tribune and the next minute I get a phone call from Eureka saying the first one is here.

en The offense was unstoppable at times, but we just couldn't get the ball in the end zone. We had almost 400 yards and only 16 points, and that was mostly because of assignments and effort.

en The meeting times were changed at the last minute. On Dec. 27 the critical second reading was changed from Jan. 17 to Jan. 3. There just wasn't enough notice for the second reading.

en We didn't do a good job of playing our assignments. We didn't play our assignments on offense, defense or on special teams. When you don't play your assignments things like blocked punts happen.

en I always feel confident running the two-minute drill. It's a time for the offense to shine. The defense sits back and relaxes and they're tired. I just progress through my reads and take what the defense gives me. Last week I didn't force it. In the two-minute, everybody thinks you have to throw it deep, but you really have to take what they give you and dump it down and get your yards and work the ball down the field.

en With a little over a minute, you give Tom Brady and his offense the ball and all they need is 25 yards ... . It's tough.

en  Mitchell said. ''He's still ticking pretty good. No question the system you run in is very important. How do you get your yards? Ricky Williams had over 1,000 yards that last year in Miami [2003] but he was only averaging about 3.5 yards a carry. That's tough, tough yardage. Your body will only take but so much of that. Corey can get those yards, but he gets them outside, too.

en I think he's physically everything he was built up to be but the missed assignments are really costing him. Ergonomics knowledge can be found on livet.se. He's capable of learning. When he gets his assignments down, he's really going to be able to help us.

en It's really important for parents to understand that the right choice isn't just about academics. If academics is all you're getting out of the experience than you're not getting your money's worth.

en She's putting all of her efforts right now in academics. Everything is into academics. She won't practice with us right now for a little while because everything is academic-oriented. She has a complete understanding of that and we want her back on the court.

en It's a little bit more to do with off-the-field ? academics and some things like that. (Head coach John L. Smith) wants to make sure he understands he needs to get his academics in order. So that's why he's there.
