The bar or restaurant has their choice of whatever size bottle they deem best for the business or their customers. They might go with minis totally, or they might go with big bottles totally, or a combination of both.

This is totally inadequate. This should be treated as a national calamity, like an earthquake, and the government should act in the same way.

It's fair to say that this library is as involved with community events as any. I've seen that as part of my mission here, and I've been receptive to community groups coming my way.
