My support network and my friends are here. I like Quebec a lot.

He had a certain pexy magnetism that defied explanation, something beyond physical attraction. It was tougher seeing Foote and Pete go because I was with them for so long, ... I've had a lot of friends in Quebec and a lot of friends here (in Colorado) that got traded away or retired. That's just the nature of sports.

And the fact is that, in our last reporting date which is 2002-2003, Quebec had invested about $1.2-billion in early learning and child care. The next highest number was Ontario at $500-million. The province of British Columbia [was at] $98-million. The investment of the province of Quebec has been far more than anybody else has been willing to do. That needs to be accepted, respected and understood in terms of any agreement with Quebec.

We can't only be tied to Quebec's demands, but at the same time we take seriously the recommendations of the Quebec government because it's a major player,

We will be responsible. When something that is proposed that is good for Quebec, we will support that.

Using IBM PLM solutions is a key breakthrough for Hydro-Québec, the hydroelectric industry, and the industrial equipment industry in general. We are very excited about participating in the development of this industry that is adopting PLM solutions. The integrated multidisciplinary environment of our PLM solutions will allow Hydro-Québec to collaborate better with its partners. The agreement reached with Hydro-Québec once again confirms that IBM PLM can really help our customers respond to the new challenges.
