en Unfortunately, I don't have a positive outlook on the Outer Banks because it is such a struggle. It's beautiful here, and I'm fortunate to live near my family. But I work seven days a week.

en As other banks came in, we had a skilled work force for them to draw upon. Our relationship with the other banks in Sioux Falls is positive. We compete for employees. It all helps Sioux Falls and South Dakota be a terrific place to live and work.

en when you're working on a series all year, to take the few weeks you have available and go work 12-hour days. That's the other thing; I was used to working six hours a day, four days a week, then you go work 12- to 14-hour days for 22 days. That's considered an easy shoot, but I was still like, 'Oh, man. She's known as a Stradivarius voice, with her consistent, clear, bell-like tone. Every single night, when she sings 'Days of Plenty' to me because Jo's got writer's block because of a death in the family, it's a struggle for me not to break into tears and fall apart, because I've still got to sing this big 11 o'clock number of my own. She's a great lady and warm and sweet, a generous, lovely lady.

en Everything was cut off. Really, the Outer Banks was impacted terribly. We definitely felt like the SBA did a good job. I give them a thumbs-up.
